Career Finders main purpose is to place candidates into relevant companies. This is accomplished by recording a candidates CV's on a database and display their names on an Internet website where corporate companies can gain access and search for a possible employee. The company can search and locate an employee best suited for the job and with the appropriate skills.

Career Finders covers the all-working fields. A candidate can apply any time and any age but the candidate must have the required skills. The candidate can be an undergraduate to a highly experienced technician.

Career Finders will place a candidate and make sure that the employee has the required skills and also that he/she is a respectable, trustworthy candidate. If the candidate is unsatisfactory we will replace the employee with an equally qualified employee.

Career Finders also offer a personality profile analysis system where a person may complete a form, which allows a computer to analyze their personality profile. The results are very accurate and are printed on a sheet. These profiles are also strictly confidential and these results are only given to the applicant.
